Track Your Order

Physical orders (apparel, drinkware)

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (usually within 24 hours of being placed).

To check status:

  1. Find your shipping confirmation email (subject: "Your InsideCali order is on the way")
  2. Click the tracking link in that email
  3. Track via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on carrier used)

Don't see the email? Check spam, or email us at hello@insidecali.com with your order number — we'll forward tracking info.

Digital orders (PDF guides)

Digital guides are delivered by email within 60 seconds of purchase. The download link in that email is valid for 30 days.

Didn't get your PDF? Check spam first, then email us — we'll resend right away.

Order status by phase

  • Processing: Order received, sent to print/fulfillment (0–24 hours)
  • In production: Item being printed (1–3 business days)
  • Shipped: Tracking number sent to your email
  • Out for delivery: Final mile, expect arrival that day
  • Delivered: Enjoy!

Lost or stuck order?

If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact us at hello@insidecali.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier.
