30-Day No-Questions Returns

If you're not happy with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Simple as that.

Apparel & Drinkware

• Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original packaging when possible
• Return shipping: Buyer-paid for general returns; we cover it for defects or wrong items shipped
• Refund time: 5–7 business days back to your original payment method after we receive the return

Digital guides (PDFs)

• 30-day refund window from purchase date
• Email us at hello@insidecali.com with your order number — we'll process the refund within 24 hours
• You keep the PDF (we can't really un-deliver it)

How to start a return

1. Email hello@insidecali.com with your order number and the reason
2. We'll send you a return shipping label (or instructions, depending on the item)
3. Ship it back within 7 days of receiving the label
4. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return

What's NOT returnable

• Items damaged by misuse (after delivery)
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items (we don't currently offer these — but FYI)

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong thing, we cover everything — return shipping, replacement, the works. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
